G & S Horse Cart Co. takes pride in our
product and stands behind our workmanship. This does not include
wheels or heavy duty thorn resistant tubes that we do not manufacture.
It will be the policy of G & S Horse Cart Co. to repair
or replace at our discretion any part that we consider faulty
due to workmanship for a period of six months from the date
of purchase. We will not cover damage caused by accidents or
misuse. Do not ship any part to G & S Horse Cart Co. with
out approval call 319-275-4734. All shipping to G & S Horse
Cart Co. will be the cost and responsibility of the customer.
When you receive your shipment all boxes
must be inspected for damage upon arrival, and damages if any
reported to carrier
and G & S Horse Cart Co. immediately. G & S Horse
Cart Co. cannot be held liable for damages caused by shipping.
This is the responsibility of the carrier and you the customer
to inspect and report damages upon arrival. We take extreme
care in boxing and inspecting before shipping to ensure you
receive top a quality product. Unfortunately damages do occur
during shipping and are beyond our control. If you have any
problem in settling a claim please call so thay we may assist
you.
